My first experience with this company was really bad. I feel I have to warn others about my experience. If you apply for the Tractor Supply Credit Card /Citibank Visa Card that offers a $20 credit off of your purchase you will not get it on the first one. Read the fine print. I guess its not technically False Advertising but I feel like it is. You will only get that off of a future purchase. It's just a bad way to do business in my opinion and my first impression is that they are a really Shady company. I will never buy anything from them and will warn others about my experience also. Just be warned about them if you are not already aware. Oh and if you call a store for help they will just refer you to the Customer Solutions number that is an automated system that lets you accomplish nothing. I spent 45 minutes on hold waiting for someone before I just hung up. What a NIGHTMARE this company is!

I stopped by here to pick up a few supplies, but the service was just awful. I had to wander around for a long time trying to find someone who could help me locate an item, and when I finally did, they were incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. It is frustrating to visit a store where the staff seems completely uninterested in assisting customers. I left empty handed and honestly do not think I will be coming back to this location again because my time felt completely wasted.

I ordered a plastic jon boat to be picked up. They were very accommodating considering the weather and me being in Slidell as to the time frame. Kudos to Miss Jan, Miss Olivia and Mr. Wyatt. Great service. Thank you.

Great place with friendly folks. I stopped by this store today looking for something for my dog, and something for my house. They were very welcoming of my dog, and even gave her a treat. The store was clean, and relatively organized. I couldn't find the right sized item for my dog though, and the shelves seemed somewhat empty there for options. Then, when I went to find the item I came in for with my house, they literally only had one option. On their website, they showed several options to pick from, and said they were in stock. I'm not sure where the items that were in stock were location, but I know they weren't on the shelves where the one and only item was that I ended up getting because I didn't want to wait for shipping. Even with the lack of products on their shelves, the one thing I did find did work out overall. And it's always a good thing when I'm allowed to bring my dog with me to places.

They were welcoming. I only saw like two people in the front of the store throughout the dog food area. They were slow on dog food. Nothing surprising there.
